Downloading Completed Documents

From the dashboard

Go to your dashboard and find the completed envelope. Click the envelope to open the detail view, then click Download to save the sealed PDF.

Available downloads

• Sealed PDF — the final signed document with all signatures embedded and tamper-evident footer.
• Evidence Pack — a ZIP file containing the sealed PDF plus the full audit trail.
• Original document — the unsigned document as originally uploaded.

Signer downloads

Signers receive a download link in their completion email. They can also return to the original signing link to download their copy at any time.

Bulk downloads

Select multiple completed envelopes from your dashboard using the checkboxes, then click Download Selected to download all sealed PDFs as a single ZIP file.
