Cancelling or Resending Signature Requests
Cancelling a request
Navigate to the envelope on your dashboard and click More Actions > Cancel Request. All pending signing links are invalidated immediately. Signers who have already signed are not affected, but no additional signatures can be collected.
Cancelled envelopes remain visible on your dashboard for record-keeping but cannot be reactivated. If you need signatures on the same document, create a new envelope.
Resending an invitation
Open the envelope details and click Resend next to the signer who needs a new invitation. This generates a fresh signing link and sends a new email. The previous link for that signer is automatically invalidated.
Correcting a signer's email
If you entered the wrong email address, you will need to cancel the request and create a new envelope with the correct address. For security, you cannot change a signer's email on an active envelope.
