Size limits
- Per file: 25 MB maximum.
- Per envelope: multiple documents can be included, up to 50 MB total.
- Page count: no hard limit, but documents over 100 pages may take longer to process.
Tips for best results
- Use PDF whenever possible to avoid formatting surprises.
- If uploading a Word document, review the converted preview before sending.
- Compress large scanned images before uploading to stay within the size limit.
