Signer Not Receiving Email

Common causes and fixes

  1. Check spam/junk folder. Ask the signer to search for emails from signmehere.com. Corporate email filters sometimes catch automated emails.
  2. Verify the email address. Open the envelope on your dashboard and confirm the signer's email is correct. A single typo is the most common cause of delivery failures.
  3. Resend the invitation. Click Resend next to the signer's name. This sends a fresh email with a new signing link.
  4. Try an alternative email. If the signer's corporate email blocks the message, ask for a personal email address and cancel/recreate the envelope with the new address.
  5. Whitelist signmehere.com. Ask the signer or their IT team to add signmehere.com to their email allowlist to prevent future filtering.
