Billing cycle

Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe. For monthly plans, you are billed on the same date each month. For annual plans, you are billed on the same date each year. All prices are in USD.

Proration

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days. When you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next cycle — no partial refunds are issued for the current period.

Envelope usage

Your envelope allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused envelopes do not roll over. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade your plan or wait for the next cycle.

Receipts and invoices

A receipt is emailed automatically after each successful charge. You can also download invoices from Settings > Billing > Billing History at any time.
