How to upgrade or downgrade your plan

Changing Your Plan

Upgrading

Go to Settings > Billing and click Change Plan. Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately — you gain access to the new features and limits right away. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan's features until then. If the lower plan has a lower team member limit, you may need to remove team members before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate at any time. Documents you have already sent and completed are always accessible, even after cancellation.
