Payment Management

Updating your payment method

Go to Settings > Billing and click Update Payment Method. Enter your new card details. The change takes effect immediately and your next charge will use the new card.

Viewing invoices

All past invoices are available from the Billing History section. Click any invoice to view or download a PDF copy for your records or accounting team.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry automatically over the next few days. You will receive email notifications about the failed charge. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption. If payment cannot be collected after multiple retries, your account may be downgraded to a limited free tier.
