Submit a ticket (fastest)
Click Submit a Ticket at the top of this page, fill in the details of your issue, and our team will respond based on the priority of your request. You can track your ticket status from the My Tickets page.
Priority levels
- Urgent — service is down or a critical signing deadline is at risk. Monitored outside business hours.
- High — significant feature is broken or a workaround is needed.
- Normal — general questions and non-blocking issues.
- Low — feature requests and minor cosmetic issues.
You can also reach us at support@signmehere.com. Include your account email and a detailed description of the issue. If you have an existing ticket number, include it in the subject line so it gets routed to the right agent.
