Signing a Document
When someone sends you a document to sign, you receive an email with a Review & Sign button. Click it to open the document in your browser. No account is required to sign.
Completing your fields
Fields assigned to you are highlighted. Click on each field to enter information:
- Signature — draw, type, or upload an image of your signature.
- Initials — draw or type your initials.
- Date — auto-fills with today's date (editable).
- Text — type free-form text such as a title or address.
Finishing
Once all required fields are completed, click Finish Signing. You will see a confirmation screen and receive an email with a copy of the signed document for your records.
If the document has multiple signers, remaining signers are notified automatically once you finish.
