Strong passwords

Choose a unique password that you do not reuse across other services. We recommend using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.

Recognising phishing attempts

SignMeHere will never ask you for your password by email. Legitimate signing links always point to signmehere.com. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from SignMeHere, do not click any links — forward it to support@signmehere.com so we can investigate.

Session management

Always sign out when using a shared or public computer. Active sessions expire automatically after 7 days of inactivity.

Document security

All documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Completed documents are sealed with a tamper-evident certificate. The audit trail records every action taken on every envelope, providing a complete chain of custody.
