Managing Your Profile
Navigate to Settings > Profile to update your personal information.
Editable fields
- Display name — the name shown on documents you send and in your organisation's team list.
- Email address — changing this requires re-verification. You will receive a confirmation link at your new address.
Notification preferences
Control which emails you receive from Settings > Notifications:
- Signing activity — when a signer opens, signs, or declines your document.
- Document completed — when all parties have signed.
- Reminders — digest of documents awaiting action.
You will always receive critical account notifications (password resets, security alerts) regardless of your preferences.
