Document Stuck in Sending or Processing
Documents typically process within a few seconds. If your document has been in Sending or Processing status for more than 5 minutes, try the following:
Steps to resolve
- Refresh the page. Sometimes the dashboard does not update immediately. Refresh your browser to check the latest status.
- Check the document size. Large documents (over 50 pages or 20 MB) take longer to process. Wait a few more minutes.
- Check your email. If processing failed, you may have received an error notification by email.
If the issue persists
If the document is still stuck after 15 minutes, submit a support ticket with the document title or envelope ID. Our team can check the processing queue and resolve the issue.
