Document Stuck in Sending or Processing

Documents typically process within a few seconds. If your document has been in Sending or Processing status for more than 5 minutes, try the following:

Steps to resolve

  1. Refresh the page. Sometimes the dashboard does not update immediately. Refresh your browser to check the latest status.
  2. Check the document size. Large documents (over 50 pages or 20 MB) take longer to process. Wait a few more minutes.
  3. Check your email. If processing failed, you may have received an error notification by email.

If the issue persists

If the document is still stuck after 15 minutes, submit a support ticket with the document title or envelope ID. Our team can check the processing queue and resolve the issue.
